Night ring on Compact 616 DR 5

Can someone tell me how to add programing for night ring to all sets on a manual basis, and can it be selected by more than the receptionist? Currently 21 29 30 31 32 33 ring. But when customer actvates NR she wants all to ring adding 22 thru 28 to ring list. Thanks for the help folks?

Go into GENERAL ADMIN, then item 6, SERVICE MODES, then add the RINGING PHONES. you must specify what the control phone is, so no, it cannot be controlled by more than one set.

You go to Service Modes under General Admin and add the additional DN's. There can be one control set per line. Go to our Quick Reference Guide on page 5 for more details.
