Night mode goes straight to personal mailbox?

After getting the Norstar system pretty well dialed in at my former job, and taking it off my "to do" list, it's taken them like two weeks to goof it all up.

The Executive Assistant has somehow managed to get all inbound calls to the CAP (221) going directly into her personal mailbox (224) when night mode is set. Any idea what she might have done and how I can coach them into unpicking it without me having to go in and take a look myself?
 
You have not mentioned how you programmed it.

What DN's are listed in Service Modes (Night Service)
Most will use the DN of voice mail, 221 is in there by default but should be removed.

Is mailbox 224 is associated with DN 221 in voice mail admin programming, what did you program?


CAP is a Central Answering Position which is a 48 button module attached to a M7324.
I gather 221 is a "reception set"

Went in to take a look this weekend. Issue was not evident; was not able to duplicate; programming was as I'd left it; everyone insists that the executive assistant (who is the primary answerer of 221 and the owner of 224) did nothing, either knowingly or otherwise. I guess it'll remain a mystery.
