Night Light 4

I have a button on the receptionists phone programed to turn the Night Attendant on when pressed. Is there a way to make the light come on when the Night Attendant is turned on?

what is the button programmed as? you can use a set hunt night button and it will light up.

The phone type is an Avaya 4424D with a DSS4450. The button is on the DSS4450. The button is programmed via the Manager as *20*309#.

you have it probably set as "dial" and that won't display the status, change it to set huntgroup night service and put the 309 into the action data then it will display the status of the hunt group and you can have the same button on different phones and it will light up on all of them.

The button is programmed wrong, change it to Advanced - Set - Set Huntgroup Night service and chosse group 309 from the drop down box/Action data
