Our Frontdesk phone is MiTEL 5140. We use SX 200 ICP 5.0.0.18 MX. For many years we have used it no problem. But now the night 1 service always repeats greeting "Our office is closed......, Please leave your messages ....".

Before: If press 1, call will transfer to a external number; If the caller does nothing, then it will go to voicemail and leave message. (our day greeting is set as repeatedly playing)

Now problem: Pressing 1 can still transfer to a number. But if the caller does nothing. Above greeting will be repeated forever.

Our this frondesk desk phone has a toll free number, one public phone number and a Mitel IP phone internal number.

I don't know how to check it. In my knowledge, our system has not been changed recently. In form 14, "Day", "N1" and "N2" are "*8" that indicates the voicemail.

Please help how to solve this problem. Thanks very much.

In Form 19. For tenant group 1 (I think is for this frontdesk phone),
DID Attendant access night point, Day is "--------", N1 is "*8", N2 is "*8".

Station Dial 0 routing, Day, N1 and N2 are the same as "*0004"

Record a call voicemail destination for this tenant, Day, N1 and N2 are the same as "*8".

a correction: our frontdesk phone is MiTel Superset 4150. Not 5140. Sorry for the typo.

Still hope any help or suggestions for our issue: Caller can not leave messages. The night greeting plays repeatedly again and again. A call is always transfered to the operator, is not transfered to the voicemail. But in one night, there is atill 1-2 voice messaages recorded.
