I was wondering if anyone in here is using NICE Universe for call monitoring? I would like to know how i need to program a 2216 phone for NICE. I have an 81C with succession 3.0, SCCS 5.0
Do i need to program AST and IAPG on the sets?
I know it was required for CCR and MAX but i'm not sure about SCCS.
The reason i'm asking this question is because all my phones are programmed with AST 00 02. When i want to de-aquire a set in symposium, the PBX keeps the set aquired. I have to then go in the PBX and deaquire the set. It's a pain in the butt de-aquiring the set twice.
I've phoned NICE and asked them but they are clueless, they basiclly told me to ask Nortel how to program the set. Pffft.
