Hi all,

I am trying to install the NICE application package on a new SQL database(2000) but when I connect the application to the server I get these errors:

s0002(microsoft}[ODBC SQL Server Driver ][SQL Server] Invalid object name 'SYSTEM_OPTIONS'
s0002(microsoft}[ODBC SQL Server Driver ][SQL Server] Invalid object name 'SERVER_INFO'
s0002(microsoft}[ODBC SQL Server Driver ][SQL Server] Invalid object name 'USER_INFO'

I figured it out and the reason why I get these errors is because those tables are not on the database
I have looked online and there is a package called NICE SQL auto setup

Does it work with windows sql 2000? Do you know where I can get it?

Thank you

Hi Peppino
NICE SQL auto setup is an automatic installer prepared by Nice to make adjustments to the SQL server, in order to prepare for the Nice platform.

But there is also alternative to make a "non-auto" SQL setup, i.e. manual configuration mode.

Thank you IPOpotamus,

I have installed the original NICE sql server and connected the logger to it

I solved the problem in this way
