Hello all. I have NICE 8.9 with NICE Storage Center. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can archive the screen recording portion, and if so what format is that in. I know that audio can be converted to .WAV format. I dont see anything in the user manual that tells me how to do this and what the file format would be

You can only archive screen via SC in NICE Perform, this feature was not available on 8.x.
