Ok so we've deployed Nice Perform 4.1 and it records. The few things I'm running into are on the EU pc.
So issue 1 is when the users are working randomly they're screen will begin shaking and the mouse pointer is forced to the center of the screen. This occurs when scrolling quickly while using Salesforce.com, going into Street view or quickly moving through Google Maps. Sometimes even just beginning to compose a new email it occurs.
Issue 2 involves those with multiple screens. Dual monitor users that are using Photoshop or any other Adobe product on their secondary screen, if they zoom in or increase the brush size to a very large size will force the mouse pointer to the center of the primary screen.
Ok so bg on the EU computers. WIndows XP SP3, dual core i5 w/ 4gb of ram. I am not sure why, but when SASession.exe is terminated the issues are resolved. Anyone able to enlighten me on why the Screen Agent Session executable would be doing to cause these issues or any other info.
All help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
