We are trying to impliment a Nice Perform Recording solution using MAPD with CVLAN. Apparently I also need configuration for SMS using on an AES server. Has anybody out there done this. I'm a novice at best with AES (v3.1)Using the connection fails. Any ideas would be helpful and appreciated.
