NICE Inserter Query issues

again in in order for you to view calls in nice web you need to have a cti integration working. check your cls and ensure you are recieving cti.
NICE web is a QM product and its used to create evalautaions etc and to do this there must be information tagged to the calls as cti.

Thank You for your response, The CTI integration is working . and the CLS is up and running too. i have rebooted the loggers..and the only calls i can find on NICE query is when i run the build inserter query. i will appreciate your assistance
