Amigos,

The CLS server is working well and then, BANG!, it stops the communication with the Logger, or the CTI, or the workstation....
We´ve checked and checked again every possible failure on our Network (We changed everything, from the cables to the Switch).
We also changed the NIC of the CLS, but nothing positive happend.

This only happens with the CLS server, every machine over the same network works well.

Is there any "special configuration" for it?

thnks,
Venoman25_Brazil

first what is the version, pbx driver and have you changed/upgraded anything in the config of the cls. Make sure that you don't use loopback addr (127.0.0.1) in administrator as this causes problems

Amigo,

The info are:
Sw Version: 8.7
PBX: Avaya CT

Nothing has changed on the config.
Loopback? I don´t understand it.... but the "localhost" ip is not configured in Administrator.

Thnks,
Venoman25_Brazil

can you confirm that you have sp4a installed and if so what alarms do you get in supervision (cls/logger is not responding etc). When the switch driver crashes do you see tickets scrolling in the avaya module on the cls?

Amigo,

is this sp from the NT or the NiceCls?
the alarm is, almost every time, logger is not responding (error 500).
About the tickets, when this error 500 occour, they still flow.
but sometimes, appears the "cls is not responding" message and the tickes stop flowing.

the sp is from NICE, but this looks more like a network issue than sp. Check the settings of the network card in the supervision sometimes if it is set incorrectly it can lose packets.

500 is not logger rebuild it is just logger is not responding.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

Dear , It means that the data processing is getting slow , Check with the System Performance of cls , if its almost 100% than need to check for the Virus ( or Broadcast on your CLS ip ) or upgrade the system Ram.

Do you get any errors in the NT event log of the CLS?

I had similar problems. I got a disk error, after that the CLS would stop working about once a week with errors like you are getting. My solution was to install a new hard disk.

Ben
