Nice and Citrix

Anyone using nice in a citrix environment? If so any pitfalls? Does it work?

Or does it make Nice even worse??????????

are you talking about loading a CLS on a Citrix server? or the apps?

all the apps, but since the question was asked we've had to re-evaluate teh entire solution.

As indicated in the nice documentation Replaying through Citrix is not crash hot, voice quality is rubbish and some of the replay functions fail.

However most difficulties can be overcome by installing RAP units and playing back through the RAP, I would strongly advise not trying to replay through Citrix terminal.

As far as I can tell so far not too many problems with screen recording though.
