Hi - We have Nice Analyzer 3.1.19 and it stopped processing data on 4/11/11. Reboot did nothing. Our maint. & support provider told us they do not support it, even though we clearly paid for them to do so. None of the Avaya BP's in our area are able to help us, and many of them should know someone or have a company that can help us. I reached out to a NICE Dealer who told me 'good luck'.
This can't be that difficult. I'll take any advice, link to maint & support or a referral to someone who can provide tech support.
