NICE Analyzer - 3.1 Configuration

Hello!

Recently we added a new ACD to our CMS to handle a new PBX. We need to add this to our NICE Analyzer tool but have no documentation on how to do it. Can anyone provide the configuration documentation for NICE Analyzer 3.1 (the build is 19) as we do not have this document. This would be a HUGE help!!!!

I had posted this in the Avaya Definity forum, but realize this may also be proper since it was a product offering of NICE.

I tried extra nice but couldn't find anything other than 2 pdfs, they didn't really say anything helpful. I will try email David in the am. If you have any other suggestions I'm all ears, you seem to have the magic NICE touch! Thanks again!
