Doesn't look too major as majority of calls are being archived, guess the main thing to do is find out if it eventually archives the failed files (using SC Investigator you can see the number of calls archived and number failed, etc). If there's always failures find out which calls failed and whether you can replay them directly from the logger or not within business analyser, it's possible that the calls weren't actually recorded.
