Need some help, hoping there are a few 8.9 experts still out there!

We have an issue where each day around 11:30 - 12:00 in the afternoon we see our CLS shoot "Agent Logon Table Overflow" at us in Supervision. The agents logging into the PBX after this who are recorded show as Agent 0 in the CTI records in Query. We have been unable to find a location for this table, or a size of it. Any information would be most welcome, and I'll be happy to share what we have tried so far. Thank you!

its a call server feature. in cls server controller on nice cls there will be a setting for call max logins, you need to increase this. alternativley stop cls and delete saf and dat files from nicecti\bin folder. the agent login table is written too in bin folder and yuo will see a LT FILE NAME

Will the agent login table automatically grow, or do we need to move that out of the directory as well? Thank you for the response, we've been trying actively to find this information but have little reference material beyond basic admin instructions.

Also, is there a password needed to modify this setting? Where in server features is it? I wasn't able to find it.

on cls server go to registry using regedit and then hkey_local_machine\software\nicecti\system\callsrvr

under there you will find a key logintablemaxentries default is 2000. change to 3000 and see if that makes a difference. backup registry key before changing and you will need to stop and start cls for changes to take affect.

Thank you for this information. If we change the settings, do we need to remove any files or will the new settings create the additional table space once CLS Services are started again? I will be attempting this tonight.

hi. i would stop cls and then cut the saf and dat files from nicecti\bin folder and paste them in a backup folder on desktop. once you start cls it will auto create the files again.

im sure you have already installed latest service packs on cls sp5 for integrations and sp3 for core and sp4 for nice desktop/client applications

So far so good, any ideas on impact of raising this value? Or any idea on possible maximum stable value? Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

i have done many occasion with no impact. are you familiar with tester application. drop your email address and i will send you some information on this utility on also maintenance.
