Just wondering if anyone has this running on their SQL server, and if so, what sort of problems they had if any?
We're thinking of migrating our SQL server to stronger hardware, and are considering a NIC team in this move due to the increased demand on our DB, though a few people have told me they have had problems with a NIC team and SQL but didn't elaborate.
Any thoughts?

At my current company we haven't teamed any of the NICs for the SQL Servers. I did do it a couple of companies ago. There weren't any issues.

Since SQL doesn't know anything about this NICs it only knows that there is an IP address to listen on, SQL doesn't care if the NICs are teamed or not.

I thought just as much as far as software not caring about the hardware, but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen stuff that shouldn't go wrong do just that.
Appreciate the response.
