I've recently installed Solaris 10 on a VM Ware server.

Solaris did not ID the onboard NIC. I then installed a DFE-530TX+

I have the Unix drivers, but do not know how to install. Considering I do not have network access on my solaris system, since the NIC does not work, how do I install the driver?

Im guessing I can burn a cd or maybe a flash drive?
Any suggestions?

I don't think that solaris is supported on vmware - maybe it is now. For other guest operating systems, to get the drivers for the virtual nic you should install Vmware tools.
