nhelp in wxp start up

hihey
I have a problem which is when i sart w xp prof. I get after the welcome screen that the nhelper is missing when i click ok fo 3 or 4 times windows start loading my settings i tried to read aout it somewher they adviced that i should go to HKEY local machine and then in software should be able to locate the file and delete ..i went tried butcould not locate the file ... I know that this file wont effect my windows but it is bugging me any suggestions are welcome thanx
