I just configured & brought online a new firewall and wanted to load policies on it from my management server. How can I do that?

I guess first what I am looking to do is just add the firewall as an Object in SmartDashboard or SmartView Monitor - I don't know where you add it in first.
Second I wanted to know once I've added the firewall as an object and it appears in my SmartDashboard, how do I load the policies from a different firewall on this new one.
