Hello- I've developed a custom NFuse logon screen, and itworks well but when I copy the site to hte live web server it doesn't work anymore. Do I have to install NFUSE on that server? And if so does anyone know if there any issues with this?

Yes, you need to install nfuse on the web server that is hosting the nfuse/citrix site.
