I am experiencing an issue with Nfuse, and need some help.
Have NFuse Box & CSG Box in DMZ. STA next to Citrix Farm in internal network. Certificates installed for https access only.
Some domain accounts can log in, but some can't. No error messages, just a re-display of the login box for the Certificate, after which you would then get the login page for Nfuse 1.7. If I add the users to the local domain on the Nfuse Server, they can connect, but this is not how it is supposed to work is it.
I have two accounts which are set exactly the same, with group memberships etc matching, and one can log in, and one can't!!!!! AD access has been enabled by opening the specific ports on the firewall.
Has anyone else had this problem?
