Hello,
I am trying to mount a volume from a server in version 4.2 to a server in version 5.2. The error message is :
mount: access denied for ripro1:/dataVolumes/ripro1.4.0
mount: giving up on:
ripro1:/dataVolumes/ripro1.4.0
Permission denied
I have verify the settings of /etc/exports (on the 4.2 server) and /etc/filesystems (on the 5.2 server). Everything is well configured.
I have recreated the mount point on the 5.2 server and changed permission, user and group accordingly. Still the same error message.
The same volume is mounted without problem on a 4.3.3 server.
I have used showmount to verify the export of the 4.2 server and it is correct:
/dataVolumes/ripro1.4.0 (everyone)
I would like to verify nfs version used but I don't where to look for that.
Thanks to help me.
