Newly replaced Terminal not Auto loading Aloha after ReFresh. Chime in Thailand!

I replaced 2 Terms today, imaged them from a pretty good image P1515. Did all the necessary staging and Aloha works fine (floating Logo).

Upon a Refresh, the 2 Terms go to a Windows desktop and stay there. If I hit (from the terminals) Start>Programs>Startup>Ibercfg, Aloha logs on just fine.

Here's what I know (total Win7 enviro):
1. Got Ibercfg as false, false, true, true
2. Regedit Autologon=1, DefaultPassword=hello,

What else am I missing?

Is there anything BOH that needs setting? Policies, etc?

I imaged the term from a know good 1515 in service.
Did the correct static IP scheme, Computer name, edited Ibercfg.
Edited Regedit
Then when Terminal was good enough to plug into network, ran Terminst.
I get floating Logo if I hard reboot but not on a Refresh.

Got it to work. Not sure if Autoexit=true did it or my messing with Users permissions or if running Netplwiz did it but I will be reaching out to you soon to look at everything. Really need to get these 8 terms optimized before the RDS peeps come out for the upgrade. Want to avoid them telling me to buy all new 1530's. I am getting mixed answers on that. TTYL Johnny out.
