Hi,

I need some help. I've basically got until the end of the day to build an XML file format for exporting some data from a database in order that it can be submitted to a website.

I have been sent an example XML page so I can easily populate that with the relevant data. However, I've got no experience with XML and don't know how I then pass this file / data over to the website.

I saw this in the xml file and thought it seemed relevant: xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="
However, I have no clue how to "run" the xml script to make it pass the data over.

Please can someone advise.

Thanks very much,

Tom.

It is irrelevant, xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation, to how you pass the source file to them. Zip it and drop them an email. Otherwise, they have to provide you a channel to send it over.

Thanks very much tsuji,

Tom.

The ".xsd" file you mentioned is an XML Schema Definition which basically describes the structure of an XML document, against which the XML document can be validated.
