On the older i2050 softphone, when you made a call you got the the DTMF tones as you were dialing, but on the newer version you only get silence. is there any way to turn this on?

Older version 1.4.0 build 363

new version 2.00.0254

Older i2050 when you hit keys you can hear the DTMF, just like on normal phones so you know you hit the button. With the new version there is only silence when you hit a key, so unless you look at the screen to verify that it took your key input you wouldn't know if you missed a key.

I checked and it doesn't look like an option on the 'new' i2050. Typically it's accessed on an IP set by pressing the Services key, selecting Telephone Options, then selecting Local Dialpad Tone. That option isn't there in the new version.
