Newbit..Help needed in setting up a proxy server

This is my first time I am touching on Microsoft ISA 2004 server..and I have been assigned a task by my boss to configure this ISA server as a proxy server so that usrs will go through this proxy server to access internal web application. Any ideas how do i do that? I have completely no clue.
