[Newbie] Using a checkbox in vbscript ?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to open a window (modal dialog would be ok) with some checkbox in it, and if the user click the checkbox a different part of the script is executed.

The vbscript file I am writing isnt for a web page but by itself, so I have no idea how to do that.
