Hi All,

We are currently migrating off our Avaya System and onto Cisco UC System. I have never worked with SNMP. I'm getting ready to alarm a couple Clusters. We will be using V3 SNMP and sending SNMP/Traps to Solarwinds. I have double checked all my config more than once and I still cant get a test trap(via CLI) to come up on the SolarWinds Alert page. Any suggestions? Also, do you have to load the MIBS onto CUCM Servers?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend that you navigate to the Cisco Unified Serviceability page (top right) and look at the SNMP dropdown.
