Please provide a better description of how it works now and what you'd like to change/improve.
If you don't have any experience with a 2400, I would *really* suggest having your company send you to the 2400 class in Dallas. It's worth the money.
For someone to explain, from scratch, how to do *anything* on a 2400 would be tomes of information for each question.
Kind of like saying "My sister has a brain tumor... can someone explain how to remove it for me?" <lol>
I'm not trying to be a schmuck, I'm just saying that the *study guide alone* for the 2400 class is about 4" thick. All the documentation comes on CD when you go to the class, and the test took me 2 hours to take, it took others 6 or 7 hours to take. (I had *really* good notes... lol)
Just my 2¢

gbaughma could not have put that better
There are far too many parameters in the 2400 to try and explain someting that would take a vendor (porbably) seconds to change/fix. And that would be remotely as well so you can save on trip charges.
