Quick question:

I've got a All-In-Wonder 8500DV card and I want to capture some video/audio I took today with Premiere Pro. How do I do this?

It doesn't normally have anything to do with your video card if you have a DV camera. If your machine has an IEEE1394 interface (also called iLink or Firewire) then you should be able to connect the camera to the computer using this interface and Premiere should be able to capture ok.

What if i want to capture through s-video? Is there an option to change that?

If you don't have a DV camera (i.e. no IEEE1394 interface) then you need a capture card - sometimes video cards have this function built in - I believe the All - in - wonder cards do but I'm not sure - I believe it's better to have a dedicated card, but as I use DV exclusively, analogue capture is not something I know much about. I'm sure there must be others in this forum who can be more specific!
