Newbie needs help with programming issues

We had to install a new system board due to a lightning strike. When the system was first installed in 2000 much of the programming was already done so most of this is new to me. I'm through with most of the obvious stuff but I'm having a couple of problems if there's someone out there who could help:

1) We have a cordless phone on an ATA that now can't access the line pool. Previously the user dialed flash + 9 (flash gave intercom dial, 9 gave outside line). He can get an intercom tone but dialing 9 gives a fast busy.

2) The time a call stays on park before going back to the attendant needs to be increased; how/where is that done?

the place to find the time a call is in the park Q is found in feature settings this is in system programing on the newer software. And you need to give the ext. for the cordless access to line pool A? in terminal & Sets then line access.

Thank you for the post - I'm not able to find a "line access" option in Terminals & Sets. When I enter that menu it asks for the set number, then from there I have Capabilities, User Preferences, Restrictions, and Telco features. Where else should I be looking?

once you get to terminal & set enter the ext # press show display will read line access press show again display will read line assignment press next display will read line pool access press show change to Y.

I found the "line access" option. I haven't found the park queue yet but it's not an immediate problem. THANKS BUNCHES - you made me look good to the big guys!!

Go to system Programing press show press next twice display willread Featr settings press show then next 5 times till display reads Park timeout press change to increase.
