NEWBIE in DATA WAREHOUSING

I am working like an SAP Administrator. We have not only R/3 but Business Warehouse system. Anyone can suggest me on the web technical white paper where i found the fundamentals on the Data Warehouse ( for example what does data mart or infor cube mean ????? ).
Any help is appreciate.
