HI,

I'm trying to download the new 6.3 update. I'm a registered CCO user but get a error message or notification that software downloading isn't available from my registration.

How do you get the @#$@#% update?

Never mind. It seems for some reason my systems at home, behind my PIX can't get to the update site.... #@%$@#$ my friend was able to download the files and email them to me...

Your'e right. The people at Cisco are hopeless. It is unclear to us newbees how to get the firmware. Very frustrating. Why not say 'You need xxxx to get the frimware'.
With the amount of top comptetition can you really see many small/medium sized businesses in the next few years bothering to buy Cisco when its a mission to do anything? Just look at their website for tech support. Its like, 'Heres the config and debug now %$"£ off'. The PDM is crap.
