Newbie - Embedded Voicemail Help

I am a new user to IP Office 500...I am trying to setup VM...System came with an Embedded Voicemail CF Card...card is installed in system...when i press *17 from any phone i get "Number Busy"

Any help would be great.

 
I am pretty sure it is upgraded...is there a way to check this?

What i think i need to do is tell the system how long after no answer to send to VM...i am not sure how to do this.

I have set the System\Voicemail Tab and set Voicemailtype to 'Embedded Voicemail'

but as soon as i press *17 i get "number busy
 
Open System Status and see if the card is regornized

I have seen that it said that is was not regornized
A solution is to power down the system, pull the card, power up the system untill it is ready.
Power down again, plug in the card andpower up again.
Look again with System Status.

I was getting the same thing.....until I upgraded the prompts to the same rev as the IP office.
