Newbie Access Error Question

I'm trying to use asp password protection that relies on an Access database. The script was working on my old virtual server, but I just switched to my own dedicated server and I can't get it to work. I installed Access on the server, but receive the following error when trying to use the .asp script that calls the Access database …

Seems to be working fine. I was able to log in as guest.
