Newbie - 3300 ICP

Hi. Forgive my noobness but how do I add a analogue line?
Is there somewhere I can see a step by step guide as I am strugling with the admin help?

I have the phone patched into the analogue panel.

I have tried systemconfig=>Devices=>User config=>add

selected analogue under device and put the plid and number in. Is this correct or is there something else I need to do also?

Ah, I have done it. Would a class of service/restriction setting stop it from working? They were all 1 and I have changed them to all 4??

you would ideally know what the cor was in both instances. 1 and 4 may have different settings depending on what you need from the handsets. Changing them to an unknown may not benefit much.
