New XP profile cannot connect

I am connecting to a citrix server thru a vpn. The first time a users logs in to one of my xp workstation the citrix client has trouble connecting to the citrix server. We get messages:
"There is no route to the specified subnet address"
and "The Citrix MetaFrame server you have selected is not accepting connections."

After refreshing 5 to 15 time the client connects and the user logs into citrix the first time. After that, the applications are published to the citrix program neighborhood and they can connect just fine.


What could be causing the connection problem?

I have just same problem as you have john4tvs, so if anyone has a solution... would be welcome

I've just wrestled with an XP workstation trying to connect via PN client.

Try UNCHECKING Session Reliability (under the OPTIONS tab in the PROPERTIES section) and see how that flies.
