New WLAN 6120 IP set has bad voice quality

A BCM400 R4.0 customer replaced his WLAN 2210 set with a 6120 set, but the new set has very bad voice quality. When you talk to someone, the other end will always hear choppy voice, but you end is always fine. The signal is OK. Changed codec did not make any change, I think the product doesn't have a good design and test before it came out. Anyone eles has same situation?

Have you tried more than one 6120 set? I've installed few customers with these handsets and 6140 as well and never had a complaint about voice quality.Maybe just a bad set?
 
No this is the first and the only one we've installed so far. replacing 6120 is what I'm gonna do, the new set is ordering. Thanks gberher!
