New with DTS - scheduler didn't even kick off

We use DTS for our business reporting. It has run fine for the most part, but last night it didn't even kick off and didn't give any error messages as to why it didn't. Is there anything to look at?

Also - is there any DTS Error message guide aside from the help area. Most of the times when we get errors - it just says 'Unspecified error on line 21' - no details as to why.

is your SQL Server Agent running - if this isnt then the DTS wont start

Yes - we checked the Agent and that was fine also.
