Hi,
I have a cisco switch multilayer 4948 (function layer 3, vtp server, stp). I have 8 vlan (with svi) work ok, but when I add 2 new vlan(with svi) don' work, the new vlans are "active" and "no shut" but don't respond.
What can happen?

thanks....

You have to have at least 1 active port in the vlan in order for the SVI to be in a "UP" state otherwise it will show up/down . Until you have a device in the vlan or the new vlans are allowed on a trunk it will stay in this state.

perfect, I didn't remember this tip.
thanks!
