new video card/compatability

I just bought Jedi Outcast. I didn't check video card compatibility first.

My AGP card isn't supported by the game.

I haven't been following AGP technology so I don't know how many changes there has been recently.

I have an ASUS P3V4X motherboard and I want to get a new AGP card. The AGP slot on my m'board is not a AGP-Pro slot. Are AGP cards built for the Pro slots backward compatible w/ the older slots?

I'm interested in purchasing the one of the cards from the nVIDIA GeForce2 or 3 line of products. What can I check to make sure that these cards will physically fit into my board's slot?

1st thing I'd do is check w/ASUS for compatibility. If the board will support 2x-4x AGP: look at the GF3 Ti200 for $81US
