Where can I get documentation for Avaya IP call Center I am responding to an RFP for a call centre

Do yourself a favor and look into Xima Chronicall for call center software. You'll shortly want to hang yourself if you start down the road with Avaya's CCR.

IPOCC works well. But you would need to contact a service only installer, as it sounds like you have not gone through tht etraining on it.
