new users not displayed in Global Address list 2

I'm running e2k on w2k adv server. All workstations are on outlook 2k3. The global address list on the outlook 2k3 only shows old users. New users that I added as well as contacts and distribution groups are not showing up in the global list. When I choose "all users", all the users do appear. When I choose "all distribution group", they appear as well. How do I make the appear in the global address list.

I had this issue also. After trying everything, I finally realized that Outlook was caching the address list. Turn caching off and everything will appear.
