New user from Consoleone

I am a junior admin for groupwise and my company just upgrade to groupwise 6. The network still runs under netware 5.5 with windows 2000 workstation for each user. From the consoleone, I clicked groupwise tab then go to aliases to create email address, but when I clicked gateway alias type..it supposed to have post offices for each city/department..but this time is blank. Could you tell me how what happen and how to fx this problem?

I tried this with nwadmin and same problem. This happens with secondary domain because I checked the primary domain is working fine.
