New Trunks to a T1 not working.

I have added trunks to an existing t1.

The process looks to have worked but they do not pick up inbound calls.

when I issue a tnb command in ld 20 I get the following for a new trunk as opposed to an old. The only difference I see is under the "cls" entry where the second value is "DIP" in the new trunks and "DTN" in the old.

I created these trunks by going to LD 14 and typing "new" specifying the type as DID and then specifying the TN - in this case 2 13.

Any advice would be very welcome right now.

YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE DIP TO DTN. DIP MENAS DIAL PULSE ,DTN MEANS TOUCH TONE

ld 14 under cls, all those class marks are explained.. dip is also a class mark for analog stations.. if you want a phone that will not call out but will take inbound, change that cls to dip and the touchpad will not work.. because your 1st 12 are dtn, the provider is sending tone.. with the dip your trunk is not assigned a dtr channel on inbound.. as for PERRY, he just knows it all, i doubt if he even has a copy of the manuals..

Many thanks for your help - With your advice and a copy of the manual for the t1 card I have this working.
