I Need Help!

I am inheriting a network that is protected by firebox III 1000. Users complain that they can not read mail from their outlook web access which they normally they would go to
When I check HTTPS on the firebox it says Allow incoming from any to the public IP of the exchange server.

For outgoing it is set from any to any.

Ping is also set to allow any to send and recieve

I verified that the DNS server has the correct IP address for the exchange entry.

Internally i can get to OWA using the internal IP address/exchange but as soon as i put external/exchange it doesnt work

I can ping the internal IP address but not the external

Any Ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

The way I set it up was on a separate HTTPS service with incoming allowed from ANY and TO public-firewall-address natted to internal Exchange server address (12.x.x.x->10.x.x.x) Outgoing ANY to ANY.
