I'm messing around with Visio 2002, trying to get a couple of floor maps to look good to put up on the Intranet and print. But when I export it as an HTML file, it prints weird... can someone point me to a basic Visio FAQ about exporting? Thanks,

I save my diagrams as jpeg's to put on our intranet and never experience any problems.

I've started doing that... the HTML pages were just weird to print out. Thanks, tho. Jennifer Sigman

I have found that Adobe Acrobat is the best option when you want your users to be able to print diagrams posted on an intranet site. You need to purchase at least one copy of the full version of Acrobat to create the PDF versions of the diagrams, and your users need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. The full version of Acrobat is not very expensive, and the Acrobat Reader is a quick and painless install. When installed, the Acrobat Reader is automatically integrated into the browser as an ActiveX component (Internet Explorer) or a Plug-In (non-IE browsers).
