new to site getting no response what I am a missing

My question was posted on the 7th swca for held calls. This is only the second time I have used the site and got no results the first time either. Am I missing something ?

I saw your post. SWCA is a good feature, but it is one I have rarely ever, used, if ever. Because of this I passed over it. In answer to your current question, you posted sufficient information (or so it seemed to me) but the issue may be that those that have seen it so far, are in the same boat as myself and simply can't help you because of my lack of familiarity with your issue. I run into this occasionally and when that scenario hits, I have a couple of backup forums I use sometimes, with mixed results.

Tek-tips has the richest wealth of information of all I have used in the last decade, but I do bat zero sometimes...in fact I have posted twice in the Meridian forum in the last couple of months where I got no replies.
