New to Lotus Domino

Anyone know of any basic tutorials on Lotus / Domino?

I start a new job at the end of the week, and although they offer thorough training, i'd like to get some kind of idea about what it is and the structure etc.

If anyone knows of any links to useful video tutorials, and can pass me them, i'd really appreciate it as that is how I learn best! Please someone help as I really want to make a good impression!!!!!
